GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 23027 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, more particularly a writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent Sub-Inspector of Police, Samalkot Mandal in not registering the First Information Report (FIR) pursuant to the petitioners complaint dated 15.05.2025, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and a gross abuse of power. Consequently, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate legal action against the 6th respondent on the petitioners complaint dated 15.05.2025 who is illegally construction housing without permissions from concerned authorities and criminal trespass in to petitioners assigned house site. The petitioner prays that this Honble Court may be pleased to pass.…” 2. Heard Sri Inapurapu Suryanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the subject matter is pertaining to civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. The police are not interfering in the civil disputes between parties. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
