Case No. 78 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Akshay Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. 3. On 18.07.2024, at about 08:00 a.m., the brother of the informant namely Shankar Rawani was shot dead by unknown persons. Suspicion was raised upon the petitioner and co-accused persons that they might have murdered the deceased due to previous enmity. 4. Mrs. Vandana Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but apart from suspicion, there is no other material against him. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the basis of confession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Raju Dubey has been granted bail by this Court and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. Mr. Arup Kr Dey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Akshay Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro or his successor in connection with Harla P.S.
