The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karon P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Madhupur (Deoghar). 3. On 16.07.2024, the informant was waylaid by six unknown persons near Madan weigh bridge. Accused persons looted mobile phones worth Rs. 1, 52, 999/- from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Madhupur (Deoghar) in connection with Karon P.S.
