01. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking implementation of
judgment and order dated 06.08.2020, passed in WP(C) No. 1267/2020, vide which, the writ petition was disposed of with the following direction: -
“…Therefore, in view of the submissions made by the
learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is
disposed of with a direction that, upon the petitioners submitting an application, the respondents shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within three weeks from the date such application is filed before Respondent No. 3 (Deputy Commissioner, Revenue, Jammu).”.
02. The respondents in their compliance report have stated that in compliance to the order dated 06.08.2020, the concerned Naib Tehsildar has demarcated the land, as such, the order of the Court stands complied.

03. In view of the above, the judgment and order of this Court dated 06.08.2020 stands complied. Proceedings in this contempt petition are, accordingly, closed.
