Prayer is not objected to by Ms. N Choudhury, Learned Standing Counsel, BTC and Mr. S Das, Learned Standing Counsel, Department of Higher Education, Assam. In view of the submissions of the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed on withdrawal. Notwithstanding the dismissal of the present Writ Petition, it is provided that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of grievance, if any, that may so arise during the process of consideration of a case for provincialization of her services.
