Pending the Writ Petition, festival completed and no permission was granted for installation/establishment of any idols of Lord Ganesha at the subject place of the petitioner. Therefore, no further orders are necessary and the Writ Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
