The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 158 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 575 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 385, 387, 307, 504, 506, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-B) a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 14.11.2023, unknown persons had opened fire at the workplace of the informant near Bukru Chanege No. 25770 where the company of the informant was carrying out the work of extension of Railway line. The occurrence had taken place to enforce the demand of Rangdari. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S.
