[2] It is submitted that the matter has been settled in mediation vide proceeding dated 28-11-2025. The parties agreed to the following terms and conditions: That the 1st party, Khanotla Vashum Alias Khanotla Zimik (Petitioner) is represented by her eldest daughter Philamgam Vashum agrees to close the above mentioned Writ Petition, after coming to an understanding with the Respondent No. 2 represented by P. Duna Duo, SDO, Jesami herein referred as 2nd party. That, the Respondent No. 1 State of Manipur represented by the Commissioner/Secretary (Revenue), Imphal, Manipur has no objection with the settlement agreement between the 1st party and 2nd party. That, this agreement should be final and binding to all the parties concerned. In the light of the above terms, the mutual agreement was signed between the Petitioner and Respondents of WP(C) No. 273 of 2025 in the presence of the Mediator.
