No. 438 of 2024 arising out of Pratappur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 353, 326, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of Arms Act and section 17(i)(ii) of C.L.A. Act and section 10, 13, 16(ii), 20 of U.A.P. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. 3. On 18.09.2022 at 11.45 noon, encounter ensued between the extremist and police party near Badhar Forest. A Police personnel also died in the said encounter. It appears that the petitioner has been named in the FIR, but the source by virtue of which name of the petitioner has transpired, has not been mentioned. It further appears that initially, case was also instituted under U.A.P. Act and co-accused Kamlesh Yadav has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra in connection with S.T.
