State of Chhattisgarh and others}, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of Revaram Sahu (supra). 2. Learned counsel for the respective respondents have no objection. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Revaram Sahu (supra). 4.
