Raghavaiah, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Md. Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for Civil Supplies. 2. Sri V.V. Raghavaiah, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Md. Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for Civil Supplies, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the District Civil Supplies Manager, District Office, Chittoor dated 21.08.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “After technical evaluation, the 5th respondent was disqualified due to technical reasons. In view of the above facts the writ petition may be dismissed. The financial bid was opened on 21.08.2025 for the tenderers who are technically qualified and the L1 tenderers are requested to attend for negotiations on 22.08.2025.” 3. The above extract would indicate that the Unofficial Respondent No.5 stood disqualified due to technical reasons after evaluation of the technical bid. 4. In this view of the matter, this Court is not required to consider this Writ Petition any further. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.
