Mr. Prashant Pallav, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, appearing for the C.B.I., has submitted that whatever has been argued by putting reliance upon a document, said to be obtained under Right to Information Act, cannot be appreciated at this stage, rather the same is to be appreciated only in course of the trial. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not objected the same and has submitted that this criminal revision may be disposed of with a liberty to raise all the available points-legal/factual in course of the trial. 4.
