This Court has questioned the respondent No.2 with regard compromise, and she categorically stated to that extent that she has voluntarily entered into compromise with the petitioners herein. This Court i: satisfied with the identification of the parties and voluntariness in arriving at the compromise. The demand draft of Rs. 15,00,000/- was handed over before this Court. to IS 8. Since the parties entered into settlement, the Criminal Petition is allowed and therefore, the proceedings in FIR.No.541 of 2023 on the file of Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur district, against the petitioners herein is hereby quashed. 9.
