Following order was passed in this matter on 09.10.2025:-
“Learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that in addition to the amount previously released in favour of the petitioner, further amount of Rs.6,58,000/- has been released. Learned counsel submits that all due and admissible retiral benefits, save and except interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits remain to be paid.
Learned counsel further submits that apart from above, arrears account of revised pay-scale also remain to be paid.
At the request of learned counsel for respondent No.3, list the matter on 16.10.2025 to enable

respondent No.3 to defray the liability of interest component.”

Pursuant to the above order, learned counsel for respondent No.3 has placed on record internal office communication dated 16.10.2025 alongwith computation sheet in case of the petitioner. In terms thereof, an amount of Rs.2,03,901/- is due to be paid to the petitioner on account of interest on delayed payment of retiral benefits.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the above amount shall be released in favour of the petitioner within next four working days.
In view of above documents and the
submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present execution petition to stand disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law in case he has any grievance with respect to computation of the amount.
