While placing on record communication dated 15.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Under Secretary (NGE), HPSEB Ltd. Shimla, Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel representing the respondent, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with subject to outcome of LPA pending adjudication before Division Bench of this Court. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the aforesaid statement of learned counsel representing the respondent and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Needless to say, consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditously, preferably within three weeks from today, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against the erring officials.
