1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2651 of 2025 {Revaram Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others}, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of Revaram Sahu (supra).
2. Learned counsel for the respective respondents have no objection.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the
order passed by this Court in Revaram Sahu (supra).
