Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid application is pending since 2024. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kanpur Nagar to decide the application at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kanpur Nagar to decide the Execution Application No. 20/23 of 2024 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
