The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Katras (East Basuriya) P.S. Case No. 220/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. On 24.07.2024 at about 8:40 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted several knife blows on the person of the informant due to which he sustained grievous injuries in his vital parts of body. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 5.
