Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development on behalf of the respondents are in attendance. 3. Ms.B.Poojitha, learned counsel would submit that Sri Ravi Teja Padiri, learned counsel has given no objection and his name may be deleted. Registry is directed to delete the name of Sri Ravi Teja Padiri, learned counsel for respondent No.4. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner retired from service on 13.6.2016. Thereafter, by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.138 Finance (HR.IV) Department dated 08.08.2017, age of retirement is increased from 58 years to 60 years, for which the petitioner has submitted several representations dated 07.01.2018, 29.01.2018, 14.02.2018 and 05.04.2018 to the respondent authorities to consider his representations. After filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner has completed 60 years. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent No.4 to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate order according to the governing rules in law.
