(Oral) In nutshell, grouse of the petitioner in the case at hand is that though in terms of judgment passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 1595 of 2025, titled State of Himachal Pradesh and others vs. Surajmani and others, petitioner has been granted work charge status from due date on notional basis along with notional benefits, but till date, pay fixation of the petitioner has not been done.
2. Before reply, if any, from the respondents could be received, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, while putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, states that order
2 of pay fixation, if not already passed/issued, shall be issued expeditiously within two weeks.

In view of fair stand adopted by learned Additional Advocate General, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that order of pay fixation, if not already issued, shall be issued expeditiously, preferably within two weeks from today.
