That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order passed dated 20/06/2018 (Annexure P/1) passed in Criminal Revision no. 158 of 2018 by the learned A.S.J. (Special Judge of Special Court for Trial of C.B.I. Cases) Raipur, District Raipur, arising out of order dated 10/04/2018 passed by learned J.M.F.C. Raipur, in Criminal Case no. 14704 of 2015 wherein the application filed by the accused/petitioner under section 70 (2) of Cr.P.C. (preferred for cancelling the order of Arrest Warrant issued dated 22/12/2017) has been rejected. 2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass order for cancelling the order of Arrest Warrant issued dated 22/12/2017 against the petitioner by learned J.M.F.C. Raipur, (C.G.). 3. Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may think fit in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous as the matter has already been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat. 4.
