This revision is filed against the order in I.A.No.583 of 2024 in O.S.No.138 of 2012 on the file of V Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram, dated 11.09.2024, dismissing the said I.A. 3. The petitioners herein are the petitioners in the above said I.A. and the defendants Nos.3 and 4 in the above said suit. The 1st respondent is the respondent No.1 in the above said I.A. and the plaintiff in the above said suit. 4. However, both the counsels submit that the issue involved herein is similar and identical to the issue involved in C.R.P.No.2321 of 2024 and that the subject is squarely covered by the order of this Court in C.R.P.No.2321 of 2024 dated 04.04.2025. 5. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed, in view of the order passed in C.R.P.No.2321 of 2024, dated 04.04.2025, as it is an ancillary one. 6. The Registry is directed to append the copy of the order passed in C.R.P.No.2321 of 2024, dated 04.04.2025 to this order.
