Mr. Devesh Kumar has stated that the bank issued BG no. 211GOPG252375001 on 25.08.2025 for a sum of Rs.1,89,23,988.00/- (Rupees One Crore Eighty-Nine Lakh Twenty-Three Thousand Only) and the same is valid up to12.08.2026.The same has been issued at the instance of S S TOTAL in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. He has identified the bank guarantee as Ex.BG/DH/1. This is a digitally signed order.
