It is submitted that the petitioners are repeatedly called to the police station though a crime was registered in the year 2020 and the police are not filed the charge sheet. The petitioners are receiving message to their mobiles to come to the Police Station and also to settle the civil matter with the defacto complainant. 2. The petitioners are the owners of the premises which was leased to the Accused No.1 and that the petitioners have never interfered with the business affairs of the Accused No.1 and the 3rd respondent. However, they have been falsely implicated in this case in Crime No.81 of 2020.. 3. Considering the same, the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer, Patamata to complete the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. This order would not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing report/charge sheet, if not already filed. 4. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off.
