Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (oral) These case have been listed on mention memo on account of the fact that the counsel intends to withdraw the writ petitions which are listed for 06.07.2026. The said withdrawal is on the basis of some subsequent developments. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. It is necessary to note that an amount of Rs.7,50,000/- had been handed over to Mr. Arvind Sharma, learned counsel, for the respondents-Bank, on 15.10.2025 and stay had been granted in favour of the petitioners from dispossession of the residential house. 3. A perusal of the order dated 15.10.2025 would go on to show that, in total, a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- have been received by the bank. We are also informed that almost Rs.12,00,000/- have been deposited. 4. We are only noting the amount so that the accounts, as such, are clear between the parties. 5.
