Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was initially joined in Nellore Municipality on 02.11.1988 and worked up to 26.03.1990. Thereafter, the petitioner was transferred and posted at Gudur Municipality on 28.12.1998 and has been working till today. The petitioner made a representation seeking regularization to respondent No.1. In turn, respondent No.1 sent the proposal to respondent No.2 vide Roc.No.1107/94/Cl, dated 19.06.2024 (Ex.P2). However, the same was not considered. 3. Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services would submit that respondent No.2 will consider the proposal sent by respondent No.1, strictly as per the Rules. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.2 to consider the proposal sent by respondent No.1 vide Ex.P2, strictly as per the Rules, and pass appropriate orders.
