1. The present application has been filed seeking modification/correction of order dated 27.05.2024.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 submits that in the aforesaid order her name has been wrongly mentioned. Further, the appearance of her two associates who had appeared along with her, has not been recorded.
3. Issue notice. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner affirms the fact that Ms. Paromita Majumdar, Advocate had appeared on behalf of respondent no. 2 along with her two associates.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that inadvertently appearance of Ms. Rajul Jain, Advocate and her associate Ms. Poorvi, Advocate, has inadvertently not recorded in the order dated 27.02.2025 although they had appeared and assisted the Court on the said date.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/non-applicant accepts notice and does not dispute the above position. Accordingly, it is ordered that the appearance of Ms. Rajul Jain, Advocate and Ms. Poorvi, Advocate for respondent no. 1 shall be read into the
order dated 27.02.2025.
