This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautambudh Nagar to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No. 730 of 2023 (Smt. Renu and another Vs. Amit Nagar @ Rohtash) under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., Police Station-Jarcha, District- Gautambudh Nagar. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have not been paid the interim maintenance till date. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of sixty days, as expeditiously as possible, after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
