Counsel for the petitioners submits that no sooner the writ petition is restored, they will take necessary steps to remove the defects within a period of three weeks. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am inclined to allow this restoration petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Consequently, WP(C) No. 1912 of 2023 is restored to its original file.
