The petitioner is serving as Physical Education Teacher in Government Senior Secondary School, Loharghat, District Solan, H.P. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he is serving at the same place for the past about five years and has not been transferred. The petitioner is serving at the same station right from his first appointment on contract basis i.e. 26.02.2012. In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner made representation on 10.03.2025 (annexure P-1) to transfer him from present place of posting where he 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 has served for about 13 years to place of his preference in view of certain adverse family circumstances. The petitioner’s grievance is that aforesaid representation i.e. 10.03.2025 ( annexure P-1) has not been considered and decided by the Competent Authority. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from today.
