Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Petarwar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 88 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Anjali Devi who died in her matrimonial home due to asphyxia because of hanging. 4. Statement of the witnesses have been recorded in the case diary in which they have stated that the accused persons never demanded dowry from the deceased. They have also stated that the deceased was a very hot-headed woman and earlier also, she had attempted to commit suicide by jumping in the canal. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Petarwar P.S.
