The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.) P.S. Case No.522 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376(1)(2), 493, 313, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Vikram Anand, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady aged about 26 years. It appears that parties were in consensual physical relationship for one year. Thereafter, the petitioner refused to marry her. Mr. Rahul Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vikram Anand, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi or his successor, in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.)
