Mr.M.Babji, learned counsel, representing SriK.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter has become infructuous as the 2^"^ respondent/Cherukumilli Janki Sree Ramana @ Rani, W/o. 2. Venkataramana has died. The learned Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry granted maintenance to the respondent Nos.2 and 3. The Sub Divisional Police Officer, Rajahmundry is directed to submit the status report about Cherukumilli Janki SreeRamana @ Rani Venkataramana, who filed M.C.No.21 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judge Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry. 3. W/o. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.3 4. Cherukumilli Mukunda Kamesh had already become major. In view of the demise of respondent No.2 and respondent No.3 has become major, nothing survives in the revision case for further adjudication and hence, it is liable to be dismissed. 5. 4 Dr.YLR.J Crl.R.C.No.924/2010 6. However, it is needless to mention that any arrears are there to be payable to respondent No.3, respondent No.3 is at liberty to move the learned Trial Court for recovery of those arrears. 7. With the above observation, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
