(Oral) While placing on record communication dated October, 2025, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, HRTC, Hamirpur, Ms. Shruti, vice counsel representing the respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands substantially complied with. She states that in terms of judgment, alleged to have been violated, sum of ₹19,99,620/- has been paid to the petitioner on account of DCRG and leave encashment. She states that interest on delayed payment shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is closed. However, respondents are directed to ensure that interest amount, otherwise
2 undertaken to be paid within a period of four weeks, is paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived, so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against the erring official.
