The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bolba P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024, S.T. Case No.72 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323/341/392/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act and subsequently, chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega. On 30.04.2024, son of the informant was waylaid by unknown dacoits near Bongo Goifonga forest. Dacoits looted Rs.35,000/- from him. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.8790/2024. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega, in connection with Bolba P.S.
