P RAJASEKHAR Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. The Court made the following Order: The petitioner and the 1st respondent are husband and wife and the 2nd respondent is their son. The petitioner moved G.O.P.No.3 of 2016 before the X Additional District Judge, Anakapalli, for custody of the 2nd respondent. During the pendency of this petition, I.A.No.197 of 2021 was moved by the petitioner, for an interim custody of the 2nd respondent. This application was dismissed, on 15.04.2024, by the Trial Court. 2. Aggrieved by the said Order, dated 15.04.2024, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present Civil Revision Petition. 2 3. Without going into the merits of the case, the fact remains the 2nd respondent appears to have been in the custody of the 1st respondent for the past four years, and in such circumstances, it would be appropriate that the main petition itself is decided, determining custody and visitation rights that may be granted to either of the parents rather than going into the interim custody of the child. 4. In the circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the X Additional District Judge, Anakapalli, to dispose of G.O.P.No.3 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this Order.
