In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction upon the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation of Mango (Olidih O.P.) P.S. Case No. 415 of 2022, as the same is still pending. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the police is properly investigating the allegation and now have found the allegation to be true against four persons namely, Pawan Kumar, Sanchi Sharma, Biom Shankar and Bibha Om Prakash Tiwary and the investigation is still pending against other accused persons. It is submitted that the first chargesheet will be filed very soon and all efforts are being taken to conclude the investigation at the earliest. 4. Considering the submission of the Sate and also the development as the police is about to file the first chargesheet against some of the accused, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating officer to conclude the investigation at the earliest without unnecessary delay. 5.
