Report submitted by the State and supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner are taken on record. The petitioner seeks relaxation of bail condition imposed upon him directing him to remain within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court, i.e. learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore. Learned counsel for the petitioner produces a copy of the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi on 20th June, 2025 in ABA no. 5810 of 2024 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner wherein the Hon’ble Court directed the petitioner “to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and to appear once in fifteen days before the Investigating officer till submission of the final report.” The petitioner was unable to comply with the said order for which modification of the order was sought and granted. The petitioner, now, has been directed to surrender before the learned trial Court on or before 26th September, 2025. 2 In view of such order, bail condition imposed upon the petitioner is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned trial Court in compliance with the order of the Hon’ble High Court on or before 26th September, 2025. He shall leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Court in West Bengal for the purpose of appearing before the Investigating officer of Giridih (M) P.S. case no. 4 of 2018 (GR case no.25/2018) once in fifteen days till submission of final report. The petitioner shall report to the Investigating officer of the present case prior to leaving the jurisdiction and also after returning thereto.
