Though this Petition has been allowed by passing separate order, it is necessary to take note of the fact that in the instant case the Tahsildar has recorded in the roznama about conducting panchnama dated 24.05.2021, so also in the order dated 26.08.2021 it is mentioned that the spot is inspected on 25.08.2021. The record, however, does not indicate either of the panchnamas. Thus, this Court prima facie finds it appropriate to call upon Tahsildar to explain the same.
