The statement of detainee recorded by the Registrar (Judicial) has been received. The detainee stated that she on her own sweet will is staying with Rajendra and is eight months pregnant, carrying the child conceived from Rajendra. The statement recorded is made part of the order and taken on record. 3. In view of the statement made, there is no illegal detention of detainee, the petition is dismissed accordingly. 4.
