Gratuity, Leave Encashment and interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits, amounting approximately Rs.24 Lakhs, have been released in his favour. Petitioner is praying for release of revised pay scale and arrears thereof on the basis of the decision rendered in CWP No.4427 of 2023 (Tulsi Ram Vs. Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. & Ors.), decided on 11.01.2024, of which, the respondent has now sought review. In view of above, list this application after six weeks.
