Niranjit Singh, learned Deputy GA appearing for the applicants; Mr. Stephen, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2. The present application has been filed with the prayer for condoning the delay of 392 (three hundred and ninety two) days in filing the accompanying review petition. At the outset, Mr. Stephen, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 submitted that he will have no objection in allowing the condonation of 392 days subject to payment of cost. Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel also submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present condonation application. I have heard the submission made by the learned Deputy GA appearing for the applicants and also the submissions advanced by the learned counsels appearing for the respondents and perused the averments made in the present application.
