The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khaga P.S. Case No. 41/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri A. K. Dubey, learned J.M., 1st Class, Madhupur. 3. On 02.10.2024 at about 10:15 P.M., Khaga police apprehended this petitioner from Chitra More. On search, a loaded country made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about five months. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the offence alleged against the petitioner is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri A.
