GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the respondent No. 3 herein in interfering the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents 4 and 5. otherwise threatening to implicate in false criminal cases as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional and violative of Article 14,19,21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes in any manner, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by Respondent No.5, Police called the Petitioners for preliminary enquiry and no crime is registered against the Petitioners. It is further submitted that there are civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents and the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri J.Janakirami Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to call the Petitioners to the Police Station, in the absence of any crime registered against them. Police are further directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
