Vashistha, Special P.P. --- 02 / 14.01.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka (T) P.S. Case No. 294 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 562 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. On 11.12.2023, motorcycle of the Informant parked outside the W.H.O Office, Dumka was stolen by this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than nine months. It was further submitted that the offence alleged is triable by a court of Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Dumka (T) P.S.
