Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "A. Issue a direction to decide the SCC Suit No. 12 of 2011, within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since 2011. Therefore, a direction may be issued to learned Special Judge, E.C. Act, Allahabad(As Judge, Small Causes Court) to decide the suit at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Special Judge, E.C. Act, Allahabad(As Judge, Small Causes Court) to decide the SCC Suit No. 12 of 2011(Dharmasheel Singh and another Vs. Rajesh Kumar) in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
