Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for the private- respondents. 2. All the writ petitions are arising out of same fact which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the parties. It appears that by efflux of time, all the writ petitions have become infructuous. 3. It appears that the election of Committee of Management of the College namely Subhash Uchchatar Madhyamik Vidyalaya Rajpura (hereinafter referred to as "College") has not taken place. In such view of the fact, it is desirable that the election of the Committee of Management should take place accordingly. 4. Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no.2- Joint Director of Education, Meerut Region, Meerut is directed to appoint an Authorised Controller in the College within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It is further directed that the Authorised Controller from the date of taking over the charge as Authorised Controller, shall conduct the election of Committee of Management of the College within a period of two months thereafter in accordance with the bye-laws of the College. 5.
