Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the then Circle Inspector of Police/Respondent No.4 and Sub-Inspector of Police/Respondent No.5 are subsequently transferred from the concerned Police Station and as on the date no report/complaint are pending against them. He would further submit that the preliminary enquiry of the Police would reveal that the issue involved in the present case is of civil in nature and hence, the Police will not interfere in such civil disputes. 3. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
