Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the representation and grounds urged in the writ petition, I am view that, this court cannot interfere with - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24665 WP No. 19792 of 2025 the disputed questions of fact and on the other hand, it is a well settled principle of law that this Court by exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot interfere with the academic process of the respondent-authorities. In the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sanchit Bansal & Anr. Vs. Joint Admission Board & Ors., reported in AIR 2012 SC 214 and Sahiti & Ors.
