Opposite Party ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Sajid Yunus, Advocate For the State : Mr. Gautam Rakesh, APP ----- 03/25.06.2025: This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in connection with Daru PS Case No.26 of 2024, for the offences punishable under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in theft of a Scorpio vehicle. 4. The vehicle was recovered from Sandeep Kumar who has stated that he has purchased this vehicle from this petitioner. Further it is apparent from the impugned order that there are four cases against the petitioner. 5. Since the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents and the involvement of the petitioner in this case, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J. ) KNR/
